Strategically located along the Trent Severn Waterway in Northumberland County, just north of Highway 401 and just south of Highway 7, Trent Hills is a vibrant area that is an ideal destination for business, vacation and rural living. Site Selection: Whether you are looking at relocation or expansion opportunities, we work very closely with you in maintaining utmost confidentiality throughout the entire business development process.

Development

The Municipality of Trent Hills offers an expansive and well-positioned business park within the town of Campbellford, which presently include 1-15 acre lots available for development.  Access to the industrial park is just 15 minutes from Highway 401 or Highway 7 - 1.5 hours to Toronto and 2.5 hours to Ottawa.

Market Access

Trent Hills’ network of well-maintained county and municipal roads provide quick and convenient access to Highway 401 and Highway 7.  Trent Hills is well situated with Toronto only 2 hours away, Ottawa at a 2.5 hour distance, Peterborough within a 40 minute distance, and Belleville a 40 minute distance.

Education

Trent Hills boasts a number of quality elementary schools, one high school, and easy access to post-secondary institutions.

The Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board, in partnership with students, staff, parents and the community, is dedicated to providing excellent educational opportunities in a caring environment, to enable learners to reach their full potential in our changing world.  They operate the following schools in Trent Hills: 

Hastings Public School – JK to 8, enrollment 88

Hillcrest Public School – JK to 8, enrollment 400, French immersion available

Kent Public School – JK to 8, enrollment 380

Percy Centennial Public School – JK to 8, enrollment 310

Campbellford District High School – 9 to 12, enrollment 787

The mission of the Peterborough Victoria Northumberland & Clarington Catholic Separate School Board is to provide all students with a Catholic education that includes knowledge, skills and values required to live a meaningful and faith filled life.  They operate the following schools in Trent Hills:

St. Mary’s School – JK to 8, enrollment 210

St. Mary’s Secondary School, Cobourg  – 9 to 12, enrollment 1,086 (bussing available from Trent Hills)
