ENERGY CONNECTIONS 2011/2012

 

Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (CME), in partnership with the Ontario Government, will be hosting the second of a series of five Energy Connections workshops at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Belleville. The 2011-12 Energy Connections program continues to build awareness and linkages for Ontario’s manufacturers across the energy sector. This year the Energy Connectionsprogram will focus on the Nuclear Energy sector and Ontario’s Smart Grid.

NUCLEAR ENERGY PANEL

Join other manufacturing leaders in exploring the opportunities available for Ontario companies in the nuclear supply chain both in Ontario and abroad.  If you are involved in metal fabrication, machining & tooling, electrical & instrumentation, engineering, construction, environment orIT services be sure to attend this workshop

 

SMART GRID PANEL
The Smart Grid Panel will discuss emerging opportunities for Ontario businesses. Local success stories will be used to present best practices and lessons learned. If you are involved indistribution, transmission, communications, consumer technologies, and electric vehicles orif you produce materials which add intelligence and equipment that will permit more efficient connection of solar, wind and other distributed sources of power generation to the grid, this panel will provide you with information and insights you need to help you achieve ongoing business success.
